CSU 35/2008: LEAD CONCENTRATIONS AND ARRESTS IN EARLY ADULTHOOD
In this research from the US, "Association of Prenatal and Childhood Blood
Lead Concentrations with Criminal Arrests in Early Adulthood, Wright and
colleagues compare blood concentrations in infancy and childhood with
arrests later in life. The finding of a positive association is important
not only for developed countries, but especially for countries which have
not yet legislated reductions in lead levels in paint and motor fuel.
