Does it make much sense to view the developing world through the rear view mirror? If China and Mexico are developing countries, why do their data look like the US data?
Also, his quintile analysis of HIV seroprevalence in Tanzania.
Motorneuron disease in areas with cultivation (which he studied in Mozambique) gets less prominent display than it deserves.
