A Dozen from Deo

This year marks the retirement, after decades of service with W.H.O. and, earlier, the Burundian government, of Dr. Deo Nshimirimana.

Retirement notwithstanding, Deo is still present in his prolific writings. The reader’s attention is drawn, in particular, to his co-authored articles on measles pre-elimination (items 5 and 10), on the RED approach to routine immunization (items 11 and 12). Item 9 describes MenAfriVac introduction in Burkina Faso.

Good reading.
